The Lake Norman Woman Magazine Women of Will Award highlights women from diverse backgrounds, educational experiences, professions, and regions, with varied skill sets. Yet, certain characteristics are clearly commonalities – resilience, determination, courage, strength, and commitment. These women are not famous, they are women who took at look at the world and realized the opportunity to improve the lives of others. They are women who did not allow obstacles to stand in their way.
